Huntin for eggs.......... and $

Annual Wilson Egg Hunt:

They are off!!!!

Each grandchild ran for the closest egg they could find:

Grandpa has lots of junk to hide stuff.

Analyn looked high and loooooow.

Emma found one by the pine tree.

Lindsey found one on old "rusty".

Christian looked in amongst the many rocks.

Luke went for the Tractor.

And Farrah...well she looked everywhere!

Miss Farrah with her collection of eggs.

I tried something different this year:

I tried to peek Mason's curiosity.

So I hid money 10$ in one gold egg, 5$ in another one.

5 ones$ in two different silver ones.

I gave Mason a half hour to find them and then let everyone else look.

Mason found the big $ one and the two silver ones.

Emma found one of the silver ones:

Guess who in this group picture was sad about not finding one of the $ eggs:

Next year I have to find a way to make things fair.

Analyn found the least eggs cause she was worried

about the little kids getting enough.

She was a great sport.

Emma shared her dollars with Lindsey, Christian and Analyn.

Life is not fair I guess......Egg-sactly.

HAPPY EASTER!!!

Sugar and Spice and everything nice.....

That's what little girls are made of.....

This weekend we re-visited the Grand Girls Sleep over.

[minus Farrah, Lili, Campbell, and Penny...Wah!!]

And in tradition of "Sugar and Spice"...

We made "Wilson Family Sugar Cookies"

I showed and told them all the secrets of the sacred cookies.

We had a great time....

Take a look:

Stir them up....

Roll them out.......

Frost and decorate them........

and what do you get?

EVERYTHING NICE!!!!!

Thanks Girls for a fun sleepover!

Come again and you won't be

"Sorry"

wink wink.

Snakes and Snails and puppy dog tails......

That's what little boys are made of.....not!!!!

We had our first Grandson-sleep-over this past weekend.

It went something like this:

Pizza

Pop

Bike rides

Playground

Swings

Trampoline

Cars

Little People

Tents

Popcorn

Movies

Screams

Laughter

Sleep...

Ahh.....

Marshmallow Cereal

Marbles

Lost Shoes

Bye for now.

Here is a glimpse:

The boys...The Tent....and the Goofball.

They started at the top of the bed....and ended at the bottom.

I think they are used to sleeping alone....

There is nothing like a marble game to finish off the Sleepover..

We missed John and Sam....

and Mason...well what can I say, he is 14

and ditched us for "Wingers".

It's OK, he would not have fit in the tent.

All in all it was great fun.

Boys are really "low Maintenance"..

Thanks, boys for the fun adventure.

Not your average kid on the Bloch.....

It was a perfect day for a drive....

and in the car were FIVE....

Eden Sisters looking for a perfect Friday.

We got it at BYU

at the showing of the Carl Bloch Exhibit.

It was an amazing spiritual experience.

I bought these cards:

I was fascinated by this top painting.

I loved the expression of compassion on the Angles face.

You could feel the anguish and despair of Christ.

He had a gift.

His paintings were really Amazing.

No words can express the spirit that was there in those rooms.

Don't miss the Exhibit!!

It's a once in a lifetime moment.....

unless you plan on driving to Denmark!!

Carl.....not you average kid on the bloch.
