Not blogging much....not anything of value to share...
Feeling sad.....feeling bad......I'm blue.....it's true.....
Could it be.......
The weather?
My Birthday [59] coming up?.......
The six week sugar overload????
The uncertainty and changes at work??
Maybe it is everything/maybe it's nothing....
Don't want to count my blessings........although I have many....
Some days it just feels good to well........... feel bad...
It is like a giant cloud hanging over my head.
But I know that one day it will lift and all will be well again.
And then I will count my blessings again, and there will be a rainbow after the storm.

Just turn the phrase Ma:
"I'm in a Funk" to "I'm Funky"
Go for a run and 'walk it off.' Just think of it this way: Now that I'm 30 and you are turning 59, from now on I'll always be more than half your age (you'll have to wait a couple more years for that to be true of Carly too). It looks like we're getting older a lot faster than you.
