Today was the annual Ogden Marathon
yes...26.2 miles of torture.
Started at the Red Rock Ranch by Causey Dam
and ended on 25th and Grant in Ogden.
One of the most beautiful Marathons ever.
I was cheering for my friend Amanda C. from Kansas.
My mother in law and I were ready for her:
And there she was......so Awesome!!!!
Way to go Amanda!!!!!!!Amanda still looked fresh at 12.5 miles.

Nikki had my picture made into a magazine cover.
One Marathon was enough for me.
I ran it before it was the norm to run one.

I'm sad I didn't get to run past your house. Then again, that would have meant that I had to run 26.2 miles, not 13.1. Someday! I have to follow in your footsteps - and I think one will be enough for me too.
